Rat Party and Costume Contest! 

Noon – 4 pm in Sacramento, CA.  RSVP for address.

This party will be a potluck so bring a dish to share.  There will be an entry fee for the costume contest of $1 for each rat to benefit RATS.  There will also be a silent auction to also benefit RATS.
